100 Tonson Gallery has been representing contemporary Thai artists in both Thailand and around the world for a decade; in addition, the Gallery has continuously brought international artists to our premier Bangkok platform, among them Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst, Yoshihiro Suda, and—upcoming—Erwin Wurm, one of the most globally celebrated contemporary artists of our day.

In November this year, we proudly present The Discipline of Subjectivity, the first solo exhibition in Southeast Asia by Erwin Wurm. This exhibition comprises three series of Wurm’s work as part of One Minute Sculpture Forever, a development of his well-known One Minute Sculpture series which is created on the occasion of 10th Anniversary of 100 Tonson Gallery, Cucumber, one of Wurm’s best known series and Sausage, a new series which will be first launched here. The show is curated by Jakraphun Thanateeranon.

Erwin Wurm is an Austria-based who is best known for his ongoing series One Minute Sculpture employing everyday objects, chance participants, and found, or site-specific backgrounds.
