Gines Serran-Pagan’s painting exhibition
The first Painting Exhibition here in Thailand of Spanish painter-poet-anthropologist Gines Serran-Pagan, who has been for so many years traveling the world, living with different culture peoples which inspiration for his painting, such as American Indian in the Sioux(Lakota),in the Yellow Thunder Camp (South Dakota),in Tahiti, in the fisherman villages in Japan, in China, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Australia; painting and exhibiting.

Interested in cultural, people, especially in American Indian human rights and participates in their religious ceremonies. He works writes and lectures on the human and social situation of them. His apartment  of New York becomes a home for the Indian Leaders that frequent the United Nation.

His works are a way to express his life not only to show creativity and also creating a language without words. His writing is in color and abstract world.

In 1983, he presents the first exhibition at Guggenhiem Museum of New York named “New Images of Spain” with the project Pamplona Grazalema (in Collaboration with A.Muntadas) Selected by Margit Rowell.

Recently he has been endorsed in Spain for medal of art for his contribution to the art world. In last 20 years,have had more than 100 exhibitions, in fifteen countries around the world. After more than 30 year away from his country, he has return to Spain and at present is painting at his atelier in Andalucia where he lives with his 2 children beside nature.
